LINK Safety offers three levels of training so employers can choose exactly what their crews need — from quick awareness talks to full hands-on certification. Every option follows a clear, consistent structure so you get reliable training with no guesswork, no mixed messages, and no surprises.

Awareness Training (Tier 1)

Short, focused safety talks that introduce key hazards and reinforce basic safety expectations. These sessions are perfect for toolbox talks, crew meetings, safety stand-downs, or quick refreshers. They keep your team informed, alert, and ready — without interrupting the workday.

Typical Duration: 15–45 minutes
Deliverables: Sign-in roster + completion confirmation

Hands-On / Equipment-Based Courses

For crews who operate equipment, move loads, or work at height.

Typical Duration: 1.5–3 hours + evaluations
Deliverables: Roster, certificate, optional wallet card

Forklift / Powered Industrial Truck (PIT)

OSHA-required classroom + hands-on eval for sit-down, stand-up, and warehouse PITs.

Pallet Jack (Manual & Powered)

Short, practical safety training for pallet jack operators.

Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) – Boom Lift & Scissor Lift

Safe controls, stability, fall protection basics, and hands-on evaluation.

Crane & Hoist (Rigging + Hand Signals)

Covers basic rigging practices and proper hand signal use on construction sites.

Heavy Equipment

Front-end loaders, mini excavators, and similar jobsite equipment.
Requires inspected equipment onsite.

Non–Hands-On / Classroom Courses

Focused instructor-led sessions designed to explain the “why,” answer questions, and build real comprehension.
 

Instructor-led safety courses that focus on OSHA-required knowledge, hazard recognition, and practical decision-making. These sessions are ideal when your team needs deeper understanding without equipment use.

Typical Duration: 1.5–3 hours (depending on topic or if bundled with other courses)
Deliverables: Roster and digital certificate

Hazard Communication (HAZCOM) & GHS -  Know your chemicals, SDS sheets, and label requirements.

Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) - Energy isolation basics for anyone working around equipment.

H₂S Awareness - Critical hazards and exposure basics for facilities with H₂S risk.

Confined Space Awareness - Permit-required vs. non-permit, roles, hazards, and entry basics.

Fire Extinguisher Safety (Classroom) - Fire basics and PASS method (no live fire unless requested).

Slips, Trips, and Falls - Simple, job site focused review of fall hazards.

Machine Guarding - Basic 1910.212 awareness for shops and maintenance workers.

 

 

 

Electrical Safety – Basic Overview - Arc flash basics, approach boundaries, and general electrical hazards.

CPR / First Aid / AED - Red Cross–aligned classroom course (skills eval available if needed).

Heat Stress / Heat Illness Prevention - OSHA emphasis program. Recognize symptoms early and respond correctly.

Cold Weather Safety - Hypothermia, frostbite, and winter job site protection.

Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) - For anyone at risk of exposure to sharps or body fluids.

Workplace Violence Prevention / Active Threat Response - Clear, practical steps for recognizing, avoiding, and reacting to threats.

Office Safety - Ergonomics, slips/trips, and common admin-area hazards
